Hello and welcome to Mrs. Hayden’s 2010-2011 website! Hopefully, this website will become a useful tool as a 7th grade physical education student. I am really excited about this school year and observing the progress our campus makes during modernization. We are patiently awaiting the opening of our gym, hopefully, in October!! This is my tenth year teaching physical education at Chaparral. In the past, I have had the opportunity to teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade PE. However, the last 4 years I have strictly taught 7th grade. I love the 7th PE curriculum because it focuses on cooperation, fitness, and social development. I also enjoy having the chance to team teach with Ms. Donnelly. After teaching together for the last 9 years, we have been able to build upon each other’s teaching strengths and weaknesses.
