Associated Student Body (ASB)
Welcome to Chaparral's ASB Page! ASB's purpose is to provide a representative structure for students only, through which they can become involved in the affairs of our school. Students work in partnership with school management, staff and parents for the benefit of all of Chaparral. The student council helps to share our students' ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and administration. Chaparral's ASB also often helps to raise funds for school wide activities.
Currently, Chaparral is beginning one of our largest fund raising efforts, the QSP magazine drive. If you would like to help our school, please visit www.QSP.com
Note the important dates related to our magazine drive below:
- Wednesday, Sept. 2nd – Turn in Postcard Booklet before school or at the assembly
- Wednesday, Sept. 9th – First turn in date for orders and prizes
- Sept. 10th thru the 16th – Weepul prizes and Weepul Feed at break and lunches
- Wednesday, Sept. 16th – Last turn in date for orders and QSP prizes
- Wednesday, Oct. 14th – Prize party during both lunches
- Week of Oct. 12th – Purina Dog Show Prize
- Friday, December 4th – Castle Park Day Prize (10 am-4 pm)
